Had a really really nice time. Everything was modern, excellent location close to the city center, the staff were responsive. I had modern and cheap room with a laptop safe, central heating and an electronic key card. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub. Location: the hotel was right by the central station of cologne, and the shopping centre. Also, I was at a short distance from Balthasar-Neumann-Platz.
